If I’m not happy with an item I’ve bought, what can you do about it?
At Coco Joy we want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please email me at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!
Jewellery must be returned unworn, in the same condition it was sent to you, with the same packaging, however, please note that we are also unable to make refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. Accessories and Monsters must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method such as the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service. This way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.
